Sales Project Leader

We are looking for a Sales Project Leader working directly together with the founder of Encare based at our Stockholm headquarter and with a very international scoop and travelling.

As a Sales Project Leader you will nurture and grow our international business. Your responsibilities will include follow up on business leads and partnership potentials as well as preparing company presentations for potential business, and negotiating contracts.

You will play an integral role in continuously evolving and transforming how the company develops in areas of Business Strategy, growth and internationalization. Reporting to the CEO you will work in close collaboration with our founder attending events and meetings around the world, making sure all business opportunities are taken care of at the right order in our organization.

You are a strong communicator and a good representative of Encare. This is a unique opportunity to get first and direct insight in how to run, grow and execute a successful Health Care SaaS with immense potential changing the way hospitals operate.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be travelling to international conferences and events, in many cases together with the founder of Encare

  • Actively take part in and network together with the founder at conferences and events

  • Follow up on all leads and make sure they are handled internally

  • Self project lead some of these potential sales, customer and partnership leads to contract

  • Provide status reports on regular and ad hoc basis

  • Ad hoc projects with Sales and Marketing

  • Ensure compliance with Encare Business Conduct policies as well as applicable data security, personal data handling regulations

  • You act as an extension to the founder, coordinator and program leader across a broad range of topics, handle tasks with various internal and external stakeholders and arrange for work to be carried out in accordance with decisions made by the management

  • Preparing for Your Next Role at Encare (Participating with the executive forums to contribute and learn, Developing relationships with, and learning from other senior Leaders, Identify and pre-pare for your next role within Encare

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA desirable) in Business Administration or related fields

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in in international sales preferably within Health care or Med Tech

  • Business acumen and flexibility in a dynamic environment

  • International exposure to environments where dealing effectively with language and cultural differences is a major factor for a successful performance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Adaptive and open minded individual with advanced self-monitoring skills

  • Strong intercultural awareness and collaborative approach to colleagues, peers and partners

  • High levels of social competence, trustworthiness and teamwork skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and the ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions

  • High level of personal commitment and self-motivation

  • The role requires international travels
